To receive your instant discount simply purchase two or more qualifying Continental Car, Van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction, within the promotional period and from the camskill.co.uk website. Qualifying orders are those that are for tyres clearly displaying promotional text on the Camskill website at the time of ordering.

Excluded:

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are excluded regions.
Customers who are using the Finance option at checkout to pay for their purchase.
Company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.

How to claim the reward

You will be delighted to know that to receive your instant discounts, you do not have to do anything!

At checkout the normal website price will be shown. No discounts are shown at the checkout. As a first step it is the full amount that is used to pre-authorise your payment card.

When your order is processed and stock confirmed then the checkout amount is debited from the payment card and then as a separate transaction (within minutes of the first) the promotional discount is credited to the payment card, inclusive of VAT. You will see this as two transactions on the your payment card. And as an additional bonus you will then be entered into our adidas Trainer prize draw competition to win one of four pairs of Adidas trainers each worth approx £160.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. Eligibility: Promotion open to retail customers, resident in the UK aged 17 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

2. Purchase requirement: Minimum of two Continental car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction between 01.02.22 to 28.02.22. Only purchases made at camskill.co.uk qualify.

3. The offer: Purchase two or three qualifying Continental tyres in one transaction and receive 10% off. Purchase four qualifying Continental tyres in one transaction and receive 15% off. Discounts will be calculated at checkout and appear as a separate line on your invoice. Carriage costs will be excluded from all discount calculations. Offer applies to the first 40 customers only, and the promotion will end early if 40 qualifying transactions are made before midnight on 28th February 2022.

All orders that qualify for any discount amounts will automatically be entered into the adidas prize draw to win one of four pairs of adidas trainers worth approx. £160.

4. Any qualifying tyres that are subsequently returned as unwanted will result in a refund of the purchase price less the promotional discount applied at checkout, otherwise the Camskill returns policy remains unchanged.

5. When processing qualifying orders, firstly the Promoter will gain pre-authorisation to charge the customer the full amount of the order, inclusive of VAT, as displayed at checkout on the camskill.co.uk website i.e. before any discount s are applied.

6. When invoicing, any qualifying discounts will be deducted from the invoice net, and appear as a separate line on the customers invoice. Qualifying discounts amounts will include VAT. Only the new net amount on the invoice will then be charged to the customers' credit or debit card. 7. Adidas Trainers Prize Draw: Winners of the adidas Trainers prize draw will receive a voucher code. The voucher code can only be used on adidas shoes with Continental rubber compound soles. See full range here adidas Trainers . The prize is not cashable or refundable. The prize draw will be made on March 1st 2022 with winners notified the same day. Winners have 24 hours to accept their reward else it will be withdrawn and offered to another qualifying customer. In all instances the cusomters email given at the time of order will be used for all correspondence. Winners will receive their voucher no later than March 5th 2022.

This Adidas prize draw is an online only, time limited offer. Vouchers must be used by midnight on 31/03/2022. The voucher code is valid for 1-time usage only for orders placed on adidas.co.uk (website and/or App). The offer includes delivery costs, is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts or be exchanged for cash money. Other exclusions may apply - they will be marked as such on adidas.co.uk. After use of the voucher, the remaining unused amount will be forfeited. In case of returns or cancellation of the order please note that adidas apply discounts pro rata over the ordered products. That means that in case of a (partial) return or cancellation you will not have used your (full) discount. 8. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

9. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the gift will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser.

10. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the gift, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants.

13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on UK Law and the Courts of the England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
