Holiday Opening Times and Delivery Schedules
Christmas & New Year Ordering and Delivery 2025/2026
Camskill's offices will close at 3:00pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and reopen for Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December only (Open: 9:00am - 2:00pm only) and then they will be closed again until Friday 2nd January 2026 UNTIL 3.30PM.
During the time when the offices are closed orders will not be processed and there will be no telephone or email support.
The website operates 24/7 and will still take orders, accept payment and reply with an order confirmation email. However any orders received will not be processed until Monday 29th December at which time you will receive an email from our team advising of estimated delivery date as normal. In general this will be the lead time displayed on the website starting from 2nd January.
If there are any issues with stock availability or changes in price to any orders received over the festive period you will be notified by email.
Please note: all card transactions are pre-authorised so although your card account may show the transaction but we do not take payment until your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Orders placed after Pre Christmas delivery cut-off dates
For customers who have placed orders after the Pre Christmas delivery cut-off dates (see table below) and had their orders processed then they may receive delivery as per the parcel delivery table. (see below)
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number as soon as we receive that from the carriers.
We strongly advise customers to use the tracking number to see when their parcel(s) are due for delivery and to contact the delivery company directly while our offices are closed quoting their tracking reference.

Last Order Dates for Pre Christmas delivery
Please order in plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. At this time of year delays often occur due to the huge volume of parcels delivered by the parcel delivery networks in the run-up to Christmas. Adverse winter weather, which is unpredictable, also effects deliveries.
All products on the website show a delivery time message eg.
4 Working Day(s) Dispatch if ordered before 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- This refers to 'Dispatch' days NOT Delivery days. Dispatch will usually be the number of days shown on the product alert message eg. 5 Working Day(s) Dispatch if ordered before 4:00pm (Mon-Fri).
- All lead times refer to UK mainland customers (excluding Scottish Zone2). For all other areas additional delivery days need to be added.
- Dispatch days are Working Days ie. they do not include Saturday, Sunday, Public and Bank Holidays
- Tuesday 23rd December (from 3pm) to Sunday 28th December 2025 inclusive and Wednesday 31st December 2025 inclusive are to be classed as Non Working days with regards to order processing.
- Delivery times are based on ordering before the cut-off time stated and ordering Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the Monday following eg. for a delivery message of '4 Working Day(s) Dispatch if ordered before 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)' if ordered after 4:00pm on Friday then the order will be processed on Monday and the dispatch will be 4 days after Monday ie. Friday with delivery taking place on Monday/Tuesday.
- Once the tracking reference has been supplied then the information provided on the parcel carriers website is the most up-to-date available. We strongly advise customers to check the tracking information.
