Note: Purchases of more than 4 Continental tyres - this will be treated as 4 tyres for the purposes of the promotion. The 4 with the largest rim diameters will be taken into account.

Note: Purchases of mixed tyre size diameters, eg. 2 x 17" & 2x 18" - the cashback amount will be based on the lowest rim diameter size.

Qualifying Tyres

All Continental tyres for sale on the Camskill.co.uk website are included in the promotion.

Promotional Period

Initial Period from Monday 25th November 2024 until Monday 2nd December 2024 inclusive, after which the promotion maybe withdrawn at any time.

Who Qualifies?

Customers 18+ years old who are a UK resident.

Limitations
Promotion is limited to one claim per vehicle during the promotional period.

How to claim the reward

You do not have to do anything.

The tyre purchase will be pre-authorised at the displayed website price and upon dispatch payment will be taken then very soon afterwards a refund will be issued to the payment card for the qualifying cashback amount based on the tyre size.

For orders placed via Bank Transfer the amount payable will be less the cashback amount.

Each order must relate to a single vehicle.

If there are multiple vehicles in a household then each one must be placed as a separate website order.

If any of the qualifying tyres are returned for a refund this will be paid less the cashback amount.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sole Promoter: Camskill (UK) Ltd, Pottery Road, Whitehaven, Cumbria CA28 9BZ.

2. This is an exclusive Camskill promotion solely on all Continental brand tyres displayed on the Camskill.co.uk website.

3. It is a cashback promotion based on a purchase of 4 qualifying tyres in a single order for a single vehicle. Qualifying tyres are those deemed thus:

Qualifying Tyres

All Conitnental brand tyres on the Camskill.co.uk website qualify.
4 qualifying tyres must be purchased in a single transaction on the Camskill.co.uk website.
If more than 4 qualifying tyres are purchased the cashback amount will be based on the 4 tyres will the largest diameters
Of the 4 qualifying tyres used for the cashback calculation the one(s) with the smallest diameter will used to determine the cashback amount.

3b. Orders containing a qualifying set of 4 tyres are limited to a single vehicle. Separate orders must be placed for different vehicles.

4. If upon processing of the order any of the qualifying tyres cannot be supplied, for whatever reason, inckuding but not limted to availabiliy or price, then the order will no longer qualify for the promotion unless other qualyfing tyres can be chosen to replace those originally ordered. The cashback amount will be based on the new set of qualifying tyres rim diameters.

Promotional Cashback Amounts

These are based on the tyre rim size and are:

12" - 16" - £20
17" - £30
18" - £40
19 & 20" - £50
21"+ - £60

5. If qualifying tyres, that were used in the cashback calculation, are returned for any reason, excluding those returned for product warranty purposes, and there are not other qualifying tyres in the order that can 'take their place' then the refund will be done minus the original cashback amount. If there are other qualifying tyres then the casback amount will be recalculated based on the new qualifying tyres and difference will be deducted from the refund.

6. If returned qualifying tyres are replaced by newly ordered tyres to replace them eg. if a tyre was originally ordered in error then the cashback amount will be based on the new set of qualifing tyres. The replacement tyres need to be ordered within the active promotional period or within 4 days following its withdrawl.

7. After the initial period from Monday 25th November 2024 to Monday 2nd December 2024 inclusive the promotion may continue but will be withdrawn at any time after that. This will be done by removing the promotional text from products on the Camskill.co.uk website.

8. If when the order is processed for allocation of stock and a product is no longer available and the number of qualifying tyres reduceds to less than 4 then the order will no longer qualify for the promotion unlees a replacement tyre can be ordered to take its place in the qualifying set of 4 tyres.

9. If when the order is processed for allocation of stock and a product is no longer available at the price used to calculate the displayed website price then the customer will be offered to accept the new price or to choose to order an alternaitve qualifying product that is available otherwise the order will no longer qualify for the promotion.

10. There will be no obilgation to fulfiil any order.

11. The promotor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time, even during the initial perod, without given any reason for doing so.

12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the offer, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award the offer or withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

17. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter's negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any reward.

19. Should the Promoter have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, which will be final and binding.

20. If there are exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage.

21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law, and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
