This promotion runs from May 1st to May 31st 2022 inclusive.

If you have a Blue Light Card, all you need to do is buy two or more qualifying Maxxis tyres from the camskill.co.uk website and you will receive up to £40 Cashback. To receive your Cashback you will need to register on the Maxxis Tyres - Blue Light Cashback Promotion website, providing proof of purchase and details of your Blue Light Card. You must register by midnight on June 8th 2022.

If you do not have a Blue Light Card you can apply for one at Blue Light Card Application. There is an eligibility test and annual fee - full details on the blue light website.

Qualifying orders are those displaying promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.

The Cashback amounts are:

For any purchases of two or three Maxxis Tyres you will receive £20 Cashback.

For any purchases of four Maxxis Tyres you will receive £40 Cashback.

Your Cashback monies will be paid in the form of a digital prepaid Mastercard. Cards will arrive with you approximately four weeks after submitting your claim, they are valid for a further 8 months and are accepted at any retailer displaying the Mastercard sign.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. The Promoter of this offer is Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd, Fourth Avenue Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 2TT.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

3. Start date: 1st May 2022. End date: 31st May 2022.

4. Closing date for all registrations is midnight June 8th 2022.

5. Customers must purchase a minimum of two Maxxis tyres (max. four Maxxis tyres) from the camskill.co.uk website between the offer dates to be eligible for cashback.

6. All Maxxis Tyres that display the promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering are included within this offer. Camskill (UK) Limited is not responsible for providing cashback.

7. To claim their cashback, customers must verify their purchase by uploading a legible image of their receipt and details of their Blue Light Card to the Maxxis Tyres - Blue Light Cashback Promotion website. Customers will receive £20 cashback for every set of two qualifying Maxxis tyres purchased within the offer period, and up £40 cashback for purchasing a set four qualifying Maxxis tyres. Qualifying purchases are for tyres displaying the promotional text on the camskill.co.uk website at the time of ordering.

8. Multiple purchases of these quantities within the campaign period will be eligible for this promotion. But multiple entries cannot use the same receipt for multiple cashback claims. One receipt per cashback claim only.

9. The cashback will be supplied as a digital pre-paid Mastercard. Customers will receive their cashback approximately four weeks after submitting a claim.

10. The customer is responsible for notifying the Promoter if there are any issues with the cashback claim process, including but not limited to the arrival of the pre-paid debit card. This offer can only be redeemed via the Maxxis Tyres - Blue Light Cashback Promotion website. Camskill (UK) Limited is not responsible for fulfilling the reward of this offer.

11. This Promotion is open to all consumers who are residents of England, Scotland, or Wales and aged 18 and over and are a Blue Light Card holder, exceptions are any employees of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd (the "Promoter") or Camskill (UK) Limited and their employees or their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.

12. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties; direct purchases from an authorised Maxxis stockist only.

13. The reward cannot be exchanged and no alternative will be made available.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward for one of equal or greater value should the need arise. Entry into the Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

15. The reward shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the customer without the Promoter's explicit, written consent. The Promoter will not be liable if the reward cannot be taken by the winner for any reason. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or once the cashback amount has been fulfilled. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any claim in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse to award the reward or to withdraw the reward where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion.

17. By making a claim as part of this promotion, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration of this offer and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, including adding the entrants to a marketing database managed and protected by Maxxis International (UK) plc to receive communications from the Maxxis, Bickers and CST brands. Entrants will be able to unsubscribe from this database at any time. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to arrange the reward.

18. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the offer or any aspect of the reward.

19. This offer shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising where from.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 24. This Promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. 25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
