Maxxis "Claim up to £40 Cashback" Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Promotion is Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd, registered at Fourth Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 2TT ("Promoter"). The Promotion is administered by 360 Insights Ltd on behalf of the Promoter.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The following are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd
- Employees of Maxxis dealers
- Employees of agencies connected with this Promotion
- Anyone professionally associated with the Promotion
2.3 This Promotion is open to consumers only, defined as individuals purchasing products for personal use and not for resale, commercial, fleet, or business purposes.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The Promotion runs from 00:01 on 1 June 2026 to 23:59 on 31 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3.2 Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify.
4. Qualifying Purchase
4.1 To qualify, claimants must purchase two (2) or four (4) eligible Maxxis car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction (on one invoice) from a participating dealer during the Promotional Period. All tyres must be fitted to the same vehicle.
4.2 A "participating dealer" is a UK-based retailer authorised by the promoter to sell qualifying products.
4.3 Products must be purchased at full price, defined as not purchased as part of any other promotion, discount, bundle, or price reduction, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4 The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
4.5 Only purchases made in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) qualify.
5. Cashback Offer
5.1 Cashback amounts are based on the rim diameter and category of tyres purchased:
Summer Tyres:
- £10 cashback on 2 tyres or £20 on 4 tyres (18" rim diameter)
- £20 cashback on 2 tyres or £40 on 4 tyres (19" rim diameter or above)
All Season Tyres:
- £20 cashback on 2 tyres or £40 on 4 tyres (18" rim diameter or above)
5.2 The maximum cashback per claim is £40.
6. Eligible Products
6.1 Only the tyre patterns listed below qualify for the Promotion:

7. How to Claim
7.1 Claims must be submitted online via: www.maxxispromotions.co.uk
7.2 Claims must be submitted by 23:59 (GMT) on 16 August 2026. Claims received after this deadline will not be processed.
7.3 A valid claim must include:
- Proof of purchase clearly showing the purchase date, retailer name, tyre pattern(s), and rim size.
7.4 Claims that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or duplicate will be deemed invalid.
7.5 Only one claim per consumer and per vehicle is permitted, up to a maximum of 4 tyres.
7.6 Claims must be submitted by the individual purchaser and not by third parties on their behalf.
8. Claim Validation and Payment
8.1 All claims are subject to validation by the Promoter.
8.2 Cashback will be issued via a prepaid Mastercard within 28 days of successful validation of the claim. Use your card everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard is a registered trademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. This card is issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to licences by Mastercard International. Transact Payments Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
8.3 Prepaid cards may be subject to the card issuer's terms, including:
- Expiry dates
- Usage restrictions
- Fees
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or expired cards once issued.
8.5 If a claim is rejected, the claimant may be notified and, where appropriate, given the opportunity to resubmit correct information within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Fraud and Verification
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify all claims
- Request additional documentation (e.g. proof of purchase, installation, vehicle registration)
- Refuse or reject claims suspected of fraud or abuse
9.2 Claims relating to products purchased for resale, trade, or commercial purposes will be rejected.
10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Claims not successfully submitted due to technical issues, including website downtime.
- Lost, delayed or incomplete submissions
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data supplied during this Promotion will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
11.2 Data may be shared with third-party agencies strictly for fulfilment purposes.

12. General
12.1 By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.3 The Promoter will always seek to minimise the impact of any such changes on participants.
12.4 Any decision of the Promoter regarding eligibility or validation of claims is final.
12.5 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.7 The Promotion is subject to availability of funds.
