1. The Camskill (UK) Ltd Michelin promotion (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are
UK residents aged 18 and over, except Camskill (UK) Ltd (the Promoter), their employees, its
agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion.
The offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers).
2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase 4 or more Michelin car, van or
4x4 tyres in sizes 17" and above for a single vehicle in a single transaction between
01/02/2018 and 28/02/2018.
4. The Promotion will reward purchasers with 1x Michelin twin port USB car charger and 1x
Michelin tyre tread travel mug for 4 or more Michelin tyres purchased. The Promotional
items will be dispatched with the tyres.

6. Closing tyre purchase date is midnight on 28/02/2018.
7. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. This promotional offer cannot be used in
conjunction with any other offer.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate.

9. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. The promotional gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to
substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its
control make this unavoidable.
11. No responsibility can be taken for prizes, which are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or
incomplete or cannot be delivered for any other reason.

and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
