In partnership with Camskill, Nexen tyres are offering you the chance to win back the cost of your tyres. There are 15 chances to win by way of a prize draw, with the cost of the tyres refunded on a prepaid mastercard. This promotion will run throughout the 1st quarter of 2021.
To enter the promotion and be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is purchase 2 or more qualifying Nexen Tyres from the camskill.co.uk website from 1st January to 31st March 2021 inclusive, tag our Camskill tyres facebook page with a picture of the tyres you purchased (not mandatory) then visit the dedicated redemption page and upload your proof of purchase. Qualifying tyres are those that display the promotional text on the Camskill website at the time of ordering.Full terms and conditions are detailed below..
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
1. The "Nexen Consumer Promotion" (the "Promotion") is open to all consumers who are residents of England, Scotland or Wales and aged 18 and over, except the employees Stapleton's Tyre Services (the "Promoter") or employees of Camskill UK Limited, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.
2. The Promotion runs for the period 1st January 2021 until 31st March 2021 inclusive.
3. The Promotion has a prize draw element that will reward fifteen (15) winning consumers, chosen at random, with the cost of their Nexen Tyres purchased. A minimum of two tyres purchased is needed to qualify for the prize draw. Winners will receive the cost of their Nexen tyres on a prepaid Mastercard.
4. To enter the promotion, the consumer must purchase a minimum of two qualifying Nexen Tyres from the www.camskill.co.uk website. Qualifying tyres are those on the www.camskill.co.uk displaying promotional text at the time of order. Registration, a proof of purchase, and contact details must also be uploaded to www.stapletons-tyres.co.uk/redeem . Closing date for registration is midnight on April 3rd.
5. Entrants are also requested to tag the Camskill tyres Facebook page with a picture of the tyres purchased – although this is not mandatory.
6. All entries into the prize draws will be pooled. Prize draws will take place no later than April 15th with winners contacted via the contact details they have provided on the redemption page, no later than April 30th. Winners will receive their prepaid Mastercard no later than May 31st.
7. There is a purchase requirement. The Promotion is open to retail consumers only, who purchase a minimum of two Nexen branded tyres at full price in one transaction from www.camskill.co.uk .
8. The Promotion excludes company vehicle drivers (fleet), business, organizations and institutions.
9. By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promotion and any other requirements set out in the Promotional materials.
10. Only one entry per vehicle and per consumer is permitted, up to maximum of 4 tyres.
11. Entry into the Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. By participating in the Promotion, consumers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any promotional material.
12. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
13. The rewards of the Promotion are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotional period without prior notice.
15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or errors (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of the Promotion or the awarding of reward points, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
16. Any personal data relating to participants supplied to the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.) 17. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where consumers are found to be abusing the Promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. This Promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
