# The 'Pirelli Win the Cost of Your Tyres Back and Free Podium Cap Promotion' (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Camskill (UK) Limited (the Promoter) employees and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers.

#The Promotion is open to retail internet customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers. Only purchases made using accepted credit or debit cards are permissible.

# By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.

# The Promotion does have a purchase requirement. Customers who are resident in the UK (including NI) must purchase four qualifying Pirelli branded tyres in a single transaction from the Camskill.co.uk website between 2nd November and 31st January inclusive. Qualifying tyres are any Pirelli tyres listed by Camskill (UK) Ltd on the Camskill.co.uk website.

# Customers who have purchased four qualifying tyres during the promotion period, using their credit or debit cards, will instantly win a free Pirelli podium cap. They will then also be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win the cost of their tyres back. Only one winner per household is permissible.

# The promoter will choose one prize draw winner from each of the four following purchasing periods by selecting qualifying invoice numbers at random from each fo the related periods.

For purchases made between November 1st and November 14th inclusive (Prize Draw Group 1), the price draw will be made on December 10th with the winner notified and refunded no later than January 31st.

For purchases made between November 15th and November 31st inclusive (Prize Draw Group 2), the price draw will be made on December 28th with the winner notified and refunded no later than January 31st.

For purchases made between December 1st and December 14th inclusive (Prize Draw Group 3), the price draw will be made on January 10th with the winner notified and refunded no later than January 31st.

For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st inclusive (Prize Draw Group 4), the price draw will be made on January 28th with the winner notified and refunded no later than January 31st.

For purchases made between January 1st and January 14th inclusive (Prize Draw Group 5), the price draw will be made on February 10th with the winner notified and refunded no later than February 28th.

For purchases made between January 15th and January 31st inclusive (Prize Draw Group 6), the price draw will be made on February 28th with the winner notified and refunded no later than February 29th.

# All entrants will receive their Pirelli Podium Cap with their tyre order.

# Prize draw winners will have the value of the 4 Pirelli tyres refunded to their purchasing credit/debit card only. The refund will be for the value of the 4 Pirelli tyres including VAT but excluding carriage. Where an order contains more than 4 Pirelli branded tyres the 4 lowest value Pirelli tyres will qualify for the refund.

# Any qualifying tyres ordered during the Promotion period may be returned under the Promoter's normal conditions of sale. Where the tyres returned qualified the entrant for a podium cap, the cap must be returned to the promoter at the same time as the tyres.

# The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.

# The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes it is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

# No cash or other voucher alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal or greater value.

# Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the gift will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser.

# The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

# Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.

# Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion).

# Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

# The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

# All participants agree to take part in publicity for the promotion, as reasonably requested by the Promoter.
