How to Qualify
Simply order two or more qualifying Uniroyal tyres online from www.camskill.co.uk and once your order has been accepted and your tyres dispatched with your gift card you will have automatically qualified. You must then follow the claims procedure outlined in point 3 & 5 of our Terms and Conditions - It's that simple. Qualifying tyres are those displaying the promotional text on the website at the time of ordering.
Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
2. Eligibility: The 'Uniroyal Love2shop Gift Card Promotion' (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK residents (England, Scotland and Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 17 and over, except Camskill ™ (the Promoter) employees and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. The Promotion is open to retail internet customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.
3. Claim instructions: The Promotion does have a purchase requirement. Customers who are resident in UK must purchase a minimum of two car, van or SUV Uniroyal branded tyres in a single transaction from the Camskill.co.uk website between Wednesday 1st August 2018 and midnight on 24th August 2018 inclusive. Qualifying tyres are all Uniroyal tyres that carry the Love2shop promotional text listed and sold by Camskill (UK) Ltd on the www.camskill.co.uk website.
4. Customers who have purchased two or more qualifying tyres will receive a £5 Love2shop gift card top up per tyre if the rim size is 16" or under, and £10 Love2Shop gift card top up per tyre if the rim size is 17" or over. Only orders that have been accepted and paid for in full at time of checkout will be eligible for a reward.
5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotion will provide claimants with Love2shop gift card as follows;
Gift cards will be attached to the tyres when the tyres are dispatched. On receiving the gift card, customers have to email into the Promoter full order reference number and unique number of their gift card to love2shop@camskill.co.uk no later than September 14th 2018. Please do not send photographs: they must be typed into the body of the email. The Promoter will then validate the gift card and top up the gift card with the money due to the customer no later than September 30th 2018.
6. Any gift cards returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details will be considered unwanted and the promoter reserves the right to cancel the reward.
7. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the reward will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser. Rewards cannot be sold or transferred.
8. Qualifying tyres ordered during the Promotion period may be returned under the Promoter's normal conditions of sale. If the gift card has been credited before the return happens, the value of the gift card will be deducted from the credit.
9. General: The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
10. No cash or other voucher alternative reward are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar reward of equal or greater value.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a reward, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a reward or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where claimants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
14. Recipients agree to take part for free in any publicity for the promotion as reasonably requested by the promoter.
15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Data Protection: Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be used in accordance with current data protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies) and only for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)
