Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
2. Eligibility: The 'Uniroyal Love2shop voucher Promotion' (the Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK residents (England, Scotland and Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, except Camskill ™ (the Promoter) employees and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. The Promotion is open to retail internet customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.
3. Claim instructions: The Promotion does have a purchase requirement. Customers who are resident in UK must purchase four qualifying Uniroyal branded tyres in a single transaction from the Camskill.co.uk website between Wednesday 1st July and Friday 31st July inclusive. Qualifying tyres are all Uniroyal tyres listed and sold by Camskill (UK) Ltd on the Camskill.co.uk website.
4. Customers who have purchased four qualifying tyres during the promotion period will receive up to £60 Love to Shop gift vouchers. Order and voucher confirmation emails will be sent to customers between 1st July and 1st August 2015 inclusive. Only orders that have been accepted and paid for in full at time of checkout will be eligible for a reward.
5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotion will provide claimants with Love2shop vouchers as follows;
a. £5 per tyre for sets of four qualifying tyres up to and including 16" sizes
b. £10 per tyre for sets of four qualifying tyres in 17" & 18" sizes
c. £15 per tyre for sets of four qualifying tyres 19" sizes and above.
Vouchers will be posted to customers at the address given on the online order at the time of purchase. Vouchers will be posted a minimum of 15 days from the date that the tyres are dispatched and no later than August 28th 2015. Check vouchers on receipt for usage and validity instructions.
6. Any vouchers returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details will be considered unwanted and the promoter reserves the right to cancel the reward.
7. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the reward will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser. Rewards cannot be sold or transferred.
8. Qualifying tyres ordered during the Promotion period may be returned under the Promoter's normal conditions of sale. Any vouchers already dispatched for tyres subsequently returned must also be returned to the promoter in full no later than August 29th 2015. Full or partial return of a set of 4 qualifying tyres will mean that all the vouchers for that set of 4 tyres must be returned.
9. General: The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
10. No cash or other voucher alternative reward are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar reward of equal or greater value.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a reward, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a reward or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where claimants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
14. Recipients agree to take part for free in any publicity for the promotion as reasonably requested by the promoter.
15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Data Protection: Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By submitting an claim, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion.
